Fuelcast uses Spacenet’s satellite services to support its growing digital private network currently used by over 500 stores in North America. Fuelcast offers state-of-the-art media solutions to petroleum retailers worldwide by providing video information and entertainment to motorists fueling vehicles at the pump.
Spacenet has provided Fuelcast with enterprise-grade Connexstar satellite network services to support its digital network over the past few years. Fuelcast is now upgrading its satellite network to Spacenet’s advanced VSAT platform, SkyEdge, for faster speeds and improved functionality that will be a benefit to its petroleum customers and advertisers. The solution provides Fuelcast’s network with more frequent and faster programming/advertising updates that are sent via multicast to the entire network and offers a complete network solution from a national satellite provider.
