Constant decision fatigue from the moment people wake up has been proven to reduce productivity and efficiency. The Cubic Planner is a breakthrough new tool based on the time-tested Ivy Lee Method that simplifies task management for a more organized workflow.
“I hope to create a simple and user-friendly daily planner that particularly helps me effectively prioritize essential tasks, reminds me to stay present, and allows for easy updates. Staying committed to effective planning is not an easy task, and I have found the Ivy Lee method to be highly effective in my own experience, mainly because of its simplicity and ease of adherence,” says founder and creator Jenny Lin on the inspiration behind the project. “Our goal is to assist more people in staying organized and productive in an eco-friendly way.”
The Ivy Lee method is a century-old productivity strategy which emphasizes limiting to-do lists to no more than 6 tasks per day & focusing on 1 task at a time. Inspired by this theory, the Cubic Planner is a 6-sided cube with erasable and reusable surfaces that enhances focus by displaying 1 task at a time, and 6 important tasks per day. By breaking down tasks into single steps, this tangible ritual can help users become more effective and efficient with their time. The Cubic Planner folds flat allowing for writing, then magnetically folds into a cube with an intuitive design that allows it to stand on its corners to display one task at a time.
