Regina Medical Esthetic & Coolsculpting Technician, Online Job Training Launched

Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy (306-559-2410) has launched courses designed to help recent high school grads, and anyone trying to upgrade their career, to learn medical aesthetics. Students can become fully certified in popular procedures like laser hair removal and Cool Sculpting, in only months.

Laval, Canada - June 29, 2023

New courses launched by the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy have been optimized to make it easier for students to complete their training in a wide range of Medspa techniques, while still allowing them to complete most of their training at home, and at their own convenience.

More information about training for Cool Sculpting, the new online courses, and the Regina location for the Dermysk Academy can be found at https://dermysk.com/pages/academy

The new courses combine both online and in-person training, allowing students to complete the knowledge portions of their courses at home, before attending a one to two-week practical training program at the nearest Dermysk Academy. During the practical training portion, students will work with medical aesthetic tools, and gain real-world experience with actual clients.

Using this hybrid course structure, the Dermysk Academy has been able to help students gain their full certification in up to a dozen popular medical aesthetic techniques, covered by their Basic course, in only a few months. This Basic course teaches everything required to begin working in a Medpsa clinic, or for students to open their own business, and it is open to anyone with a high school diploma or relevant work experience.

In the Basic course, students will learn about the medical aesthetic industry as a whole, the regulatory and safety concerns of running a clinic, and some proven business strategies for students who choose to begin a new business. They will also get certified and gain experience in techniques such as dermaplaning, microblading, and laser hair removal.

To become a Cool Sculpting technician, students will have to either graduate from the Basic course and then enroll in the Advanced program, or take the Master-level training course instead. The Advanced course is open to any graduate of the Basic program, or any aestheticians with at least 5 years of industry experience.

Students of the Master-level training will learn everything covered in both the Basic and Advanced classes, as well as exclusive content not taught elsewhere. This course will allow students to go from unskilled to having a Master of Medical Aesthetics certificate, though the Dermysk Academy reserves the right to limit attendance in this program to only the most dedicated students.

One recent graduate said, "I had such a wonderful experience learning at Dermysk. Sorena is truly a wealth of knowledge and manages to teach in such a professional, yet fun way. I left feeling confident and prepared for this next chapter of my medical aesthetics career."
