With the new announcement, the Illinois-based teaching school presents students with an interactive solution to complete the state’s 75-hour pre-license course requirement. As part of the update, the school also provides students with instructors with over 40 years of practical real estate and teaching experience.
The updated pre-license course devotes 60 hours to real estate law theory and an additional 15 hours to teaching students how the regulations are applied in practice. Each course module concludes with a quiz assessment, and each quiz requires a minimum score of 75% to pass. Classes meet from Monday through Friday for a total of 16 sessions. Classes could take place in the morning from 9 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. or in the evening from 6 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.
After completing the updated pre-license real estate course and earning the entry-level real estate license, graduates can perform real estate-related functions on behalf of the customer while under the guidance of a managing broker.
As part of the announcement, the Illinois real estate school partners with affiliated schools to provide nationwide education for mortgage brokers and appraisers. The school offers a 45-hour Illinois managing broker course and a 30-hour broker post-license program. It also offers online continuing education for residential leasing agents, brokers, and managing brokers throughout the state of Illinois.
