Vista Outdoor buying Simms Fishing for $192 million in latest big-dollar deal

Vista Outdoor Inc. may be moving its consumer brands business out of Minnesota soon, and it's packing plenty of luggage for the trip. The company has made at least three acquisitions worth more than $100 million in the past 12 months.
