Spacenet Names Alan Kittson To Lead Expanded Government Services Efforts

Spacenet Inc. today announced that Alan Kittson has joined the company as its Vice President of Government Services Sales. Kittson will oversee the strategic direction and sales efforts of Spacenets expanded government services unit, providing satellite network solutions for federal, state and local government markets in the United States.

Kittson has more than 18 years of experience in the government sector. Prior to joining Spacenet, he held a range of sales management and executive positions, including: Vice President and General Manager for Compressus Inc.; Vice President of Sales for Kasten Chase Applied Research; and Regional Manager for Signatel Ltd. Kittson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
