The Budget and Regulatory sessions are presented by guest faculty Chris Micheli & Diane Cummins, experts in their respective areas.

Capitol Seminars also offers custom sessions for organizations interested in a convenient, cost-effective means of training for larger groups. These sessions can be designed to assist the participants in creating strategies to deal with specific issues facing their organization.

Capitol Seminars founder and presenter Ray LeBov is a veteran of 48 years working in and around the California Legislature, including 17 years as counsel to various Senate and Assembly Committees. He also served for 13 years as the Director of the Office of Governmental Affairs of the California Judicial Council serving as the chief lobbyist for the state court system.
