Founded in 2020 by Veronica Tirado and Youri Klepatsky, the academy was established to provide a variety of fun acrobatic training options. The facility offers instruction in aerial arts and acrobatics, aiming to supply services not available at other local centers and give Miami residents a different way to improve their health and well-being.
Circus skills training offers physical and cognitive benefits for participants of all ages. The physical activity improves general fitness, balance, and coordination. Instruction focuses on proper technique and safety protocols, which can help reduce the risk of injury while learning complex movements.
The anniversary event includes a schedule of activities for attendees. The day begins at 3:30 PM with Circus Arts Classes for all ages. At 4:30 PM, guests can meet circus artists while enjoying refreshments, followed by a Showcase Performance at 5:00 PM.
The event will provide a look into the training offered at the academy. Acro Gravity Academy features a 10,000 square foot facility with 30-foot ceilings. They offer a wide range of programs and employ specialized instructors for each discipline, including: trapeze, silks, hoops, acrobatics, wall dancing, flying pole, contortion, trampoline, and aerial yoga.
