About Bernie Stephan
Bernie worked as an IT professional for 25 years at Pacific Bell and then consulted other large IT departments for three years. He then worked as a Licensed Appraiser before transitioning into his current profession and business entrepreneurship.
Bernie’s hands-on client representations have given him extensive experience in negotiating, strategizing, counseling, evaluating, communicating, and preparing homes for sale.
He owned two RE/MAX franchises, supervised 50 agents, and successfully closed over three thousand transactions.
