$15 Million Ranch, Considered the Most Valuable Real Estate in Raffle Prize History, Could be Yours for Just $7 at RanchRaffle.com

Entrepreneur Dan Fleyshman of Elevator Studio to donate 100 percent of net proceeds above $15 million to benefit 12th annual World’s Largest Toy Drive

Noted entrepreneur and social media influencer Dan Fleyshman of Elevator Studio is putting his $15 million California ranch up for sale… but not in the usual way. The ranch, which has received more than two billion views on social media, is being raffled off. That’s right… crazy as it may sound, Fleyshman is raffling off this stunning property in Temecula, California. Raffle tickets, more information and photos of the ranch can be found at RanchRaffle.com. Raffle tickets cost $7.00.

Sweet Oaks Ranch is a breathtaking 26-acre ranch that features a wide variety of amenities including an ATV course, a 240,000-gallon lake, a wedding venue, basketball and pickleball courts, a miniature golf course, a barn size gym, a private animal sanctuary, large event spaces, 30 horse barns, a professional jumping arena, multiple houses and even a military style training area. The ranch offers stunning views, high-end finishes and was designed as a retreat that combines luxury living with wide-open freedom.

All the net proceeds above $15 million will be dedicated toward the 12th annual World’s Largest Toy Drive hosted by Trina’s Kids Foundation. For the past 11 years, Fleyshman has supported Trina’s Kids Foundation to fill up venues like SOFI Stadium and the Miami Heat Arena with hundreds of thousands of toys for children in need.

The raffle will end Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 1:00 pm EDT. A minimum of 2,222,222 qualifying entries is required for the main prize to be awarded. If fewer than 2,222,222 qualifying entries are received, the winner will receive a cash alternative based on a percentage of the total amount associated with those qualifying entries.

Entrants in the raffle will also be eligible to receive one of 103 other prizes including a new car, a diamond watch, a motorcycle, sneakers, valuable collectible sports cards and much more.

Fleyshman is the youngest founder of a publicly traded company in history. He achieved early success by licensing his apparel for $9.5 million at the age of 19 and later expanded his energy drink into 55,000 retail stores. Fleyshman is angel investor in 43 companies. He also runs Elevator Studio, which has spent over $60 million with social media influencers for brands, products and mobile apps.

“I saw the viral news article about the house in Ireland that the RAFFALL platform raffled off, so I thought it would be fun to raffle my ranch and decided to add in 103 other prizes to make it even more compelling for lots of winners,” said Fleyshman.
