Consociate Health, a leading Third-Party Administrator (TPA) providing innovative, client-focused healthcare solutions, today announced that Stacey Minton has joined the company as Vice President of Account Management. Based out of Houston, Texas, Minton will lead the account management team, strengthening client partnerships and supporting Consociate Health’s continued growth in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
“With 36 years of experience in the TPA industry, Stacey brings unparalleled expertise in account management and operations,” said Darren Reynolds, CEO and Chairman of Consociate Health. “Her leadership, vision, and client-first mindset make her an ideal addition to our team as we continue to grow and deliver exceptional solutions for our clients.”
Minton began her career in Houston and has spent much of her professional journey in account management and operations, including nearly two decades with Boon-Chapman, where she most recently served as Vice President of Account Management. She currently holds leadership roles in key industry organizations, including the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators (SPBA) and the Texas Association of Benefit Administrators (TABA), where she serves as President of the Board of Directors.
"I’m passionate about people development," said Minton. "I truly enjoy helping individuals reach their full potential, whether that’s empowering them to deliver exceptional service to clients or become a trusted resource for addressing client needs."
With Minton joining the team, Consociate Health continues to invest in a culture that blends industry expertise, client-centered solutions, and forward-looking technology to drive innovation and long-term growth.
"At the end of the day, people still choose to do business with those they know and trust," she added.
