Joseph is no stranger to the Leo family; he previously sold his company to Leo as a founder and has kept close ties with the organization ever since. In his new role on the advisory board, Scaretta will help to advise on strategic and organizational initiatives, foster connections with Leo’s founding community and support the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation and customer success.

“I’m delighted to welcome Joe back,” said Cecil Moore, CEO of Leo. “Joe brings a wealth of knowledge, deep experience, and a strong understanding of our customers. He’s not only a trusted expert but also a genuinely great person, and I’m excited to collaborate with him again. At Leo, we’re committed to building meaningful partnerships with every person, property, community and relationship we serve. Joe wholeheartedly shares that commitment.”

A three-time founder and current Co-CEO of MasonMade Ventures, Scaretta brings over two decades of experience in facility services, construction, and national account management. Known for his people-first leadership, strategic innovation, and ability to identify industry gaps, Joe has twice led companies onto the Inc. 5000 list and was named to design: retail magazine’s 2019 40 Under 40. Scaretta is recognized as a thought leader on entrepreneurship, retail trends, and social impact. He has built and scaled two facility management companies from startup to more than $50 million in annual revenue, each culminating in a successful exit.

“I’m honored to rejoin and support Leo at this pivotal moment,” Scaretta said. “Leo’s commitment to performance, transparency and technology—paired with a genuine investment in people—aligns with how winning companies are scaled sustainably. I believe Orion and Leo have the field assets, people and many of the key ingredients to elevate the FM industry. I look forward to working with Cecil and team, adding key insights and support to help drive the long-term vision.”

Scaretta has been featured by Bloomberg Television, CNBC, Fast Company and Crain’s New York. Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Scaretta has launched social impact initiatives including Pop Ups for Good and The Young Entrepreneur Challenge in partnership with Sprint and Capital One.
