“Jen’s an industry veteran whose clinical expertise uniquely spans orthopedics and a variety of sports medicine modalities,” says Alex Benson, Bardavon’s CEO. “One of the best things about Jen is that she understands the business of healthcare and workers’ compensation claims management. Having worked as an operator, where she ran clinics for one of the largest national providers in the country, and then her own private practice, she understands the importance of human connection with the injured worker as well as the challenges and practicalities of the administrative stakeholders.”
Since joining Bardavon two years ago, Jen has been instrumental in developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes. Her leadership in the development of Recovery+, a cutting-edge patient engagement platform, has revolutionized the way injured workers connect with healthcare providers and receive personalized support.
Recovery+ empowers injured workers by providing direct access to educational information and facilitating communication with licensed clinical coaches. By leveraging data-driven insights, Recovery+ optimizes treatment plans and accelerates recovery times.
“Recovery+ and the clinical solutions Bardavon offers are great examples of our high-touch approach to customer service, in which all parties benefit,” Henry shares. “We’re minimizing the daily noise for adjusters and nurse case managers, we’re improving the workers’ compensation experience for injured workers because they feel heard and more in control of their recovery, and we’re giving providers more information to create better care plans.”
With Jen’s expertise and vision, Bardavon is committed to continuing to provide exceptional care and support to injured workers.
