New Residential Investment Corp. Schedules Second Quarter 2022 Earnings Release and Conference Call

New Residential Investment Corp. (NYSE:NRZ, “New Residential” or the “Company”) announced today that it will release its second quarter 2022 financial results for the period ended June 30, 2022 on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 prior to the opening of the New York Stock Exchange. In addition, management will host a conference call on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time.

As previously announced, the Company’s name change to Rithm Capital Corp. (NYSE:RITM, “Rithm Capital” or “Rithm”) will take effect on August 1, 2022. The Company’s common stock will begin trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol 'RITM' on August 2, 2022. This will replace the Company's current ticker symbol NYSE: NRZ.
