Recently, amid the Israel-Palestine conflict, a remarkable action drew people’s attention. Mr. Smith Owen, the chairman of EasyDP LTD (easydp.org), urgently convened a board meeting upon hearing news of the war. In his speech at the meeting, he stated, “If you only care about the lives of Israelis or Gazans, then you do not truly care about human life. We have a moral responsibility to Israeli children, and we have the same moral responsibility to Palestinian children.”

Through the board’s decision, EasyDP LTD will donate one million dollars as seed funding for an orphan sponsorship program and a medical aid program. We need to pay more attention to social issues, actively participate in public welfare activities, speak up for vulnerable groups, and provide practical help.
