Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 21, 2006, Glenn M. Renwick, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Progressive Corporation, will summarize the first quarter 2006 operating results and provide an update on the status of the Company during the Company’s 2006 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
