“The proposed merger between BellSouth and AT&T will create a communications industry leader capable of providing customers in Louisiana and across the globe with the latest in wireline, wireless and broadband technologies and innovation. We are pleased that the Louisiana Public Service Commission has concurred and is recommending that a letter of non opposition be issued on the proposed merger.”
