Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Conditions.
On November 21, 2005, Dycom Industries, Inc. (“Dycom”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal 2006 first quarter ended October 29, 2005. Dycom also provided guidance for the next fiscal quarter. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in its entirety by reference herein.
On November 22, 2005 Dycom held a conference call to review the results of its fiscal 2006 first quarter ended October 29, 2005 and to address its outlook. A transcript of that call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated in its entirety by reference herein.
