Woori Finance Holdings Co., Ltd.’s Filing in Korea Regarding Potential Acquisition of Domestic Savings Bank

On January 6, 2011, Woori Finance Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Woori Finance Holdings”) disclosed in a filing with the Korea Exchange that Woori Finance Holdings is considering the possibility of acquiring a domestic savings bank in order to diversify its business portfolio. Woori Finance Holdings plans to file additional disclosure if further details are confirmed in the future.
