     On August 13, 2009, Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. issued a press release announcing the closing on August 12, 2009 of its previously announced acquisition of a 50% interest in Bulk Energy Transport (Holdings) Limited from Constellation Bulk Energy Holdings, Inc.
