On November 19, 2015, Florida Power & Light Company sold $600 million principal amount of its First Mortgage Bonds, 3.125% Series due December 1, 2025 (Bonds). The Bonds were registered under the Securities Act of 1933 pursuant to Registration Statement Nos. 333-205558, 333-205558-01 and 333-205558-02. This Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to report as exhibits certain documents in connection with the sale of the Bonds.
