Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.



On March 29, 2019, Jon Kubo, Chief Digital Officer, notified Tilly’s, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intent to resign from his current role with the Company effective April 19, 2019, to pursue other opportunities. There are no compensatory agreements relating to Mr. Kubo’s voluntary departure from the Company.
