Item 7.01.   Regulation FD Disclosure
 

In December 2017, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed an award to the Company of $58.7 million arising from damages incurred in connection with the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill. The Company expects to receive $47.0 million after the payment of fees and expenses and this amount will be recorded in the first quarter of 2018 when collection is complete.
