(1) | Exercisable in installments cummulatively with respect to 25% of the shares on the first year anniversary of the grant and with respect to 2.083% of the shares for each month after such anniversary. |
(2) | The per share exercise price for the Shares to be issued pursuant to exercise of an Option shall be no less than 100% of the Fair Market Value per share on the date of Grant. |
