Pressure BioSciences, Inc. has determined that it is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012 (the “Form 10-K”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort and expense due to the departure of key personnel having responsibilities related to the preparation and review of the Form 10-K.  As a result, the preparation and finalization of the Form 10-K has been delayed.
