Fribourg, who was appointed to the board of directors of the Issuer pursuant to that certain cooperation agreement, by and among the Issuer, the Reporting Person and Mr. Fribourg, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Reporting Person and is a co-trustee and, in one case, a beneficiary, of various trusts established for the benefit of certain members of Mr. Fribourg's family that collectively control a majority interest in the Reporting Person. |
