(2) The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $47.50 to $47.86, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote 2 to this Form 4.
(3) The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $47.50 to $47.56, inclusive. (4) The shares subject to this option shall vest in equal quarterly installments, at a rate of 1/16th of the total number of shares on the quarterly anniversary of the March 1, 2016 and 1/16th of the total number of shares on each quarterly anniversary of March 1, 2016 thereafter for so long as the Reporting Person provides continuous service to the Issuer, such that the total number of shares shall be fully vested on the four-year anniversary of March 1, 2016.
