ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
In a press release dated November 16, 2005, The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated announced that it opened its 101st Cheesecake Factory restaurant on November 15, 2005 at Washington Square in Tigard, Oregon. The restaurant contains approximately 10,200 square feet and approximately 300 seats. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
