On July 26, 2018, Mercer International Inc. (the “Company”) announced by press release the Company’s results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2018. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.

On July 26, 2018, the Company announced by press release that a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share will be paid on October 3, 2018 to all shareholders of record on September 26, 2018. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
