   We intend to use the net proceeds from this offering principally for product and commercial development, manufacturing, any business development activities and other general corporate purposes. Pending application of the proceeds of sale of the securities, we intend to invest the net proceeds of the sale in short-term, investment-grade, interest-bearing instruments.
