Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 30, 2013, Palo Alto Networks, Inc. (the Company) filed a lawsuit against Juniper Networks, Inc. (Juniper) in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The lawsuit alleges that Junipers products infringe three of the Companys U.S. patents, and seeks monetary damages and a permanent injunction.
