On June 13, 2013, EPR Properties (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had priced an underwritten public offering of $275 million of 5.250% Senior Notes due 2023. The Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
