The filing of Private Media Group, Inc.’s (the “Company’s”) annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2011 was delayed in order to permit the finalization of the Company’s financial statements and to enable the Company to complete its review of the disclosure and information required to be included in the Form 10-K.
