In relation to the antitrust investigation of LCD industry which began in 2006, LG Display Co., Ltd. and LG Display America, Inc. entered into a plea agreement with the United States Department of Justice as follows:

Plea agreement date: November 12, 2008

Amount of fine: USD 400,000,000

 

3)

Payment terms: Installments over 5 years
