Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

In connection with the completed sale by Nautilus, Inc., a Washington corporation (the “Company”), of its subsidiary, DashAmerica, Inc. d/b/a/ Pearl iZumi, Juergen Eckmann, previously the Company’s President, Apparel Division, is no longer employed by the Company or its subsidiaries. Also, effective as of May 2, 2008, the employment of Stephen L. Eichen, the Company’s current Chief Information Officer, will terminate.
