On May 29, 2007, SYNNEX Corporation (“SYNNEX”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Mr. Duane Zitzner as a member of the SYNNEX Board of Directors. Mr. Zitzner was appointed to the Board of Directors, as well as the Executive Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee on May 25, 2007.
