On December 20, 2006, Dr. Douglas A. Melton, a member of the Board of Directors of Curis, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company that he will not stand for re-election as a director at the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on June 6, 2007. Dr. Melton will continue to serve as a director until the Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on June 6, 2007.
