Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

(c) Life Sciences, Inc. has received the resignation dated February 13, 2006 of Peter P. Gutowski as the Chief Financial Officer of the company due to an inoperable medical condition. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family. He joined the company in April 2005.

 

The company is pursuing alternatives regarding the position of principal financial officer.
