On April 19, 2010 Encorium Group, Inc. ("Encorium") issued a press release announcing Encorium's results of operations for its three-month and twelve-month periods ended December 31, 2009. A copy of Encorium's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
