Nova Expects $50 Million in Revenue for the Fourth Quarter,
Exceeding Guidance
 
Rehovot, Israel, January 26, 2017 – Nova Measuring Instruments (Nasdaq: NVMI), a leading innovator and a key provider of metrology solutions for advanced process control used in semiconductor manufacturing, today announced that due to additional customer orders received and delivered during the fourth quarter of 2016, management expects fourth quarter revenue to be approximately $50 million, exceeding previously announced guidance of $42 million to $46 million. With these record quarterly revenue results, the company expect to post record yearly revenue of approximately $163 million.
 
The Company will release its results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2016 before the NASDAQ market opens on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 and conduct a conference call that same day, February 14, 2017, at 9 a.m. Eastern Time.
