Hadera Paper Ltd. (the “Company”) (AMEX:AIP) announced that on September 01, 2009, the Company announced the resolution of the Commissioner of dumping levy at the ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor (hereinafter: “the Commissioner”), to impose temporary guarantee, for a period of six month, upon import of recycled packaging paper products from producers from the European Union. The Commissioner’s resolution was following a complaint submitted by the Company concerning dumping import of packaging paper.

At a hearing that took place yesterday in court regarding five importers/producers petitions, filed against the Commissioner’s resolution, parties agreed that the Commissioner resolution shall stay in force for the next four months, while the guarantees deposited by the petitioners during October- November 2009, shall be returned. It was also agreed that an argument unique to a certain importer shall be examined specifically by the Commissioner. The aforementioned agreement received a judicial force of a verdict.
