On October 28, 2018, Esperion Therapeutics, Inc. issued a press release titled, “Esperion Announces Positive Top-Line Results from Final Pivotal Phase 3 Study of Bempedoic Acid”. In addition, on October 28, 2018, Esperion Therapeutics, Inc. issued a press release titled, “Esperion Announces Completion of Phase 3 LDL-C Lowering Development Program of Bempedoic Acid and Positive Cumulative Results”.
