On December 2, 2014, Information Services Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a special dividend of $0.14 per share on the Company’s issued and outstanding shares of common stock. This cash dividend will be paid on January 28, 2015 to stockholders of record on January 15, 2015. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
