ITEM 5.02       DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.

On May 18, 2009, the date of the Information Services Group, Inc. annual meeting, R. Glenn Hubbard resigned from the Board of Directors effective immediately.  Dr. Hubbard’s term as a Class II director ended at this annual meeting and he decided not to seek re-election.  Such vacancy may be filled by the vote of a majority of the Board of Directors at a later date.  Donald C. Waite III has been elected by the Board of Directors to serve as Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee effective upon Dr. Hubbard’s resignation.
