DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.

 

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (the “Company”) announced today that Russell Bendel, President and Chief Operating Officer of The Cheesecake Factory Restaurants, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, is leaving effective immediately to pursue an opportunity outside of the Company.  Interim day-to-day responsibility for restaurant operations at The Cheesecake Factory restaurants will be led by four Regional Vice Presidents of Operations at the Company.
