                On November 28, 2007, Information Services Group, Inc. (“ISG”) issued a press release announcing the financial results for TPI Advisory Services Americas, Inc. for the nine months ended September 30, 2007 and information relating to its repurchase program.  A copy of the press release described above is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.  All information in the press release is furnished but not filed.
