On February 14, 2013 the Company's Board of Directors approved the Weyerhaeuser Company 2013 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") contingent on its approval by shareholders. The Plan will be voted on at the company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for April 11, 2013.
