(NASDAQ: BIOL), a global leader in dental lasers, today announced the closing of its previously announced bought deal offering of 14,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $1.03 per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The gross proceeds from the offering were approximately $14.4 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.
