Cerner analyst: 'Cooperation agreement is a sign of weakness'

One of Cerner Corp.'s analysts has downgraded its stock recommendation from "sell" to "strong sell" after an activist investor appears to have gained influence over the health care IT company. The analyst offered even more explanation in his email to the Kansas City Business Journal.
