The project is on an aggressive time line as the project alleviates overcrowded classrooms, and needs to be completed within 5 months, before students return to school in September. Deluxe Modular's streamlined modular construction process will enable the 16,655 SF of classroom space to be built and delivered in 13-weeks, less than half the time as compared to traditional building methods.

Deluxe Modular will build the 14 modular classrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 offices and a break room in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Berwick, PA and then deliver the classroom modules to the school.
